Feel safer in hard moments

Know what to say

(and what not to)

Stop carrying it all alone

Why I Created Holly Campbell Coaching

I’ve spent most of my life on both sides of mental health crisis—first as the kid who didn’t have words for what was going on, and now as the adult people call when things feel too big to carry alone.

I started experiencing anxiety and depression as a kid and had my own suicidal thoughts long before anyone around me knew how to talk about it. My mom did the best she could with what she had, but the language and support just weren’t there yet.

Years later, I became a clinical social worker, worked for over a decade in community mental health, and now supervise crisis counselors on the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. I’ve seen how much courage it takes to ask for help—and how much weight lands on the people trying to support them.

Holly Campbell Coaching exists because those supporters matter too. You deserve spaces, tools, and conversations that help you feel steadier and more prepared, without having to turn yourself into a therapist.

You don’t have to do this alone

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re:
🟣 Supporting someone you love through anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts
🟣 Afraid of “saying the wrong thing” and making it worse
🟣 Tired of feeling like you have to be the strong one for everyone
🟣 Unsure when to handle it on your own and when to bring in more support
🟣 Carrying a lot of fear, love, and responsibility with very little guidance

Wherever you are in this, you’re not failing

and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

How it works

Whether we connect through the group, a guide, or coaching, the heart of the work is the same: calm, clear support for real-life moments.

We talk about what’s going on for you and the person you support—what feels scariest, what’s been helping, and where you feel stuck.

Connect & get clear

You get practical scripts, questions, and check-ins you can actually use in hard moments—not clinical jargon or a 40-page manual.

Learn simple tools that fit your life

We keep what works, tweak what doesn’t, and build your confidence over time so you’re not carrying this alone or guessing every second.

Practice, adjust, and feel steadier

Why work with me

Hi, I’m Holly.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and crisis specialist who’s spent over a decade in community mental health, crisis intervention, trauma work, and suicide prevention.

I currently supervise crisis workers on the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and have walked alongside thousands of people in their hardest moments—as the person in crisis and the one supporting them.

Holly Campbell Coaching is where I bring that experience to the everyday allies: parents, partners, friends, teachers, mentors, community leaders, and helpers who care deeply and don’t want to do this alone but also don’t want another clinical textbook.

My work is calm, practical, and trauma-informed—so you can feel steadier without turning into someone you’re not.
