From Crisis to Connection:

The Empowered Ally Blueprint

Signature Coaching Program

An 8-week coaching journey for everyday allies who are supporting someone in their life with suicidal thoughts—and want to feel more confident, prepared, and steady in the moments that matter most.

This program is for the parents, partners, friends, mentors, leaders, and helpers who carry the late-night worry, the “what if I miss something?” fear, and the constant pressure to say the right thing.

If someone you care about has mentioned not wanting to be here, every conversation can feel high-stakes.
You’re trying to keep them safe and keep life moving—but you’re scared of saying the wrong thing, missing a sign, or pushing too hard.

Together, we turn that panic into grounded, trauma-informed support you can actually use in real life—not a clinical textbook, and not you trying to become their therapist.

You’re the one people lean on when things get scary, and lately it’s felt like:

  • You’re constantly scanning for “signs” and second-guessing every conversation.

  • You freeze, over-explain, or jump into fixing when the topic of suicide comes up.

  • You’re afraid of saying the wrong thing, pushing too hard, or not doing enough.

  • You feel responsible for keeping them safe, but no one ever really taught you how.

You’re walking alongside someone who:

  • Talks about not wanting to be here anymore—or you can feel they’re close to that edge.

  • Has a history of suicide attempts, self-harm, or long, heavy depressive episodes.

  • Cycles through crisis → “back to normal” → crisis again, and you’re always bracing for the next drop.

And you find yourself:

  • Lying awake replaying conversations, wondering what you missed.

  • Freezing, over-talking, or go into problem-solving mode when things get scary.

  • Feeling like you’re carrying this alone, with no real training—just a load of responsibility on your chest.

If you’re nodding along to any of this, you’re exactly who

From Crisis to Connection was built for.

What starts to feel different here

Inside From Crisis to Connection, we’re not trying to turn you into a therapist.

We’re giving you grounded, real-world skills so you can stay present, calm, and connected when things get hard.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll start to:

Feel less like you’re “on call” 24/7, and more like you have a plan for when waves hit.

Know what to say—and what not to say when anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts come up.

Catch earlier warning signs instead of only reacting once things are already on fire.

Respond with more calm than panic, even when your own nervous system is lit up.

Hold clearer boundaries so you’re not silently burning out while trying to keep everyone else okay.

Trade walking on eggshells for honest, compassionate conversations, even around the scary stuff.

What’s inside From Crisis to Connection

From Crisis to Connection is an 8-week, skills-based coaching program.
Instead of cramming everything into one overwhelming workshop, we break it into small, real-life pieces you can actually absorb and use.

Inside the program, you’ll get:

An 8-week step-by-step curriculum
Short, digestible trainings that build on each other so you’re not trying to learn everything about suicidal crisis at once.

Daily-ish “micro lessons”
5 bite-sized trainings per week that you can watch or listen to on your own time—so this fits around work, caregiving, and life.

A printable Client Guidebook
A place to keep your notes, reflections, and practice prompts together, so you’re building your own “ally manual” as you go.

A library of practical tools (40+ total)
Conversation starters, check-in questions, safety-support templates, self-regulation tools, and pocket cards you can use in real time.

Live coaching & Q&A calls
Space to bring your real situations, questions, and “I don’t know what to do with this” moments. Replays are available if you can’t attend live.

Private Facebook community
A gentle group of other allies who are also learning how to support someone through suicidal thoughts without doing it alone.

Everything is designed so you always know: what to focus on this week, what to practice in your real conversations, and where to go when things feel big again.

How it works

Inside From Crisis to Connection, we keep the structure simple on purpose—so you always know what you’re doing and why.

This is designed as an 8-week journey, with space to go slower or faster depending on your season.

The basic rhythm

  • We move through the curriculum over 8 weeks.

  • Each week has a clear focus (like grounding, conversations, safety planning, boundaries).

  • You get short, pre-recorded lessons you can watch or listen to on your own time, plus guided tools to try in real life.

  • There are live group calls for coaching, questions, and real-life “what do I do with this?” moments. Replays are available if you can’t attend live.

Where everything lives

  • You’ll have a simple online hub with:

    • weekly lessons

    • your Client Guidebook

    • tools and pocket cards

    • call links and replays

  • You don’t have to hunt across ten platforms to find what you need.

Time commitment

  • Most allies plan for about 60–90 minutes per week between lessons, tools, and calls.

  • You’ll have 8 weeks of coaching support, even if you move through the modules faster or slower.

  • Some weeks you may just do a short lesson and one small practice; other weeks you may want to go deeper. It’s designed to flex around real life, not take it over.

Next live cohort

The next live round is planned for early January 2026.
Exact dates, call times, and payment options go first to:

  • people on the Crisis to Connection interest list, and

  • anyone who books a free Ally Call to talk through whether it’s a fit.

If you’re even a “soft maybe,” getting on the interest list or booking a call means you’ll have all the details before I open spots more widely.

This is for you if…

  • You’re a parent, partner, friend, or frontline helper supporting someone who has talked about not wanting to be here, has a history of attempts, or lives with ongoing suicidal thoughts.

  • You’re tired of guessing, walking on eggshells, or relying on Google at 2am to figure out what to say.

  • You want concrete language, tools, and plans—not just “stay positive” advice.

  • You’re open to looking at your own patterns (freezing, fixing, over-functioning) so you can respond differently.

  • You want a grounded, non-judgmental space with someone who understands suicidal crisis work from the inside.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

    • This program is coaching and education, not mental health treatment.

  • You or your loved one are in immediate, life-threatening danger or in the middle of an active suicide attempt.

    • In that case, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line right away (in the U.S., call or text 988).

  • You want someone to “fix” your loved one for you.

    • This space is about supporting you as the ally so you can show up more steadily and sustainably.

  • You’re not willing to practice the tools in real life or to engage with the material over time.

Why I built From Crisis to Connection

I’ve spent over a decade sitting with people on some of their hardest days—first in community mental health and now supervising crisis workers on the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. I’ve also been the kid and teen on the other side of these conversations, navigating my own anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts before there was language or support for any of it.

Over and over, I’ve watched families and helpers trying to do everything “right” while carrying a ton of fear, guilt, and responsibility with almost no real guidance. Most of them are doing their absolute best. They’re just exhausted and alone.

From Crisis to Connection exists so you don’t have to figure this out in the dark. It gives you structure, language, and tools that are grounded in clinical best practices and real human experience—so you can keep showing up for the person you love without losing yourself in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Parents are welcome, but so are partners, adult siblings, friends, teachers, coaches, faith/community leaders, and other helpers. If you’re an “everyday ally” walking alongside someone in suicidal crisis, you’re in the right place.

  • No. This space is for you as the ally. You’re welcome to share what you’re learning with them, but the coaching, tools, and calls are designed to support your nervous system, skills, and clarity.

  • We’ll talk about safety planning and options, but this program is not an emergency service and I can’t provide crisis response in real time.

If you or your loved one are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line right away (in the U.S., you can call or text 988).

  • This is designed as an 8-week journey, with space to go slower or faster depending on your season. You’ll have 8 weeks of coaching support, and you can move through the lessons at your own pace. Some weeks you may do more, some weeks you may just do one small step. That’s okay.

  • If you want structure, community, and a clear path, the program is usually the best fit. If your situation is very complex or you know you prefer more private support, 1:1 ally coaching may be a better place to start. You don’t have to decide alone—we can talk it through on a free Ally Call.
